Employee Handbooks
Health and Safety must be communicated to all members of staff to ensure that they

employ five or more people, it is also a requirement of the Health and Safety at
Work etc Act to have a written statement of your health and safety policy.
This
document should be reviewed on a regular basis and must be made available to all
members of staff. In order to ensure that this information is disseminated to all
