About the role
Across our group companies we have 30,000 clients contracted to Citation and with that will need to renew the contract upon expiry in order to retain the benefits of using the Citation services. This is a new role as part of an already well established and high performing team that allows us to change the dynamic and process of renewing the Citation agreement with market leading results in retention boasting a 92% retention rate. In this role you will be at the heart of the retention process to entice Citation clients in renewing the services and agreement to maintain the working relationship with Citation.
You be responsible for reaching out to clients within your portfolio and having effective conversations to influence the decision to renew their core services with Citation, whilst also using all your skills as a sales professional to negotiate the sale of additional products and services, beneficial to their business. This is an extremely important role to drive the business success and continue our year on year growth.

The Person (experienced or not)
The successful person for the role will simply be brilliant at providing solutions to clients and you will thrive in a sales environment, beating targets and solving problems.
You will love dealing with business owners and have a talent for understanding their own agendas and challenges, handling objections and influencing. You can rapidly build great relationships and then provide practical solutions to their business challenges in a consultative and highly intelligent manner. You will know how to present services and solutions and be able to adapt and vary your approach to suit your audience.
A team player with impeccable communications skills, you know the importance of understanding your client and products, determination and focus, as well as being highly organised. You may well have picked up these skills in an account management, sales, or similar client interactive role, most likely in a business to business environment.
