Having grown continuously for the last ten years, even through the last 18 months, we have ambitious plans to double the size of our business by 2024.

In this key role, you will work with key stakeholders and teams right across the business. It is a wide and varied role with bags of opportunity and support. Sales Enablement is an ongoing, but incredibly rewarding role working with new starters at the beginning of their journey, supporting experienced colleagues in their ongoing development and contributing to new tech platform launch and business development projects. There is always lots to support in Sales Enablement, in a fast-paced growing business!
You will work with the teams to identify their strengths and gaps and work with them to ensure they reach their full potential and achieve set targets and objectives. Driving constant high performance through regular feedback and continual support. We all know the highs and lows that come with a sales role, so you will be there to celebrate their success and support them through their challenges.
