3 month secondment 

The role

  • Working to allocate advice emails and call backs to the relevant consultant within the employment law team through our salesforce system and Microsoft Outlook which includes:
    • Allocating work from general queues
    • Merging ongoing case work with new enquiries where appropriate and ensuring the status of the case work is correct
    • Ensuring any spam emails are dealt with appropriately
    • Creating tasks for consultants where a call back is required
    • Logging email from Outlook into cases within Salesforce for consultants to work through
    • Ensuring all relevant detail is captured on cases prior to being allocated

 

  • Ensure accurate processes are followed and suggest any improvements.
  • Liaising with your team and other departments to help increase performance and stop unnecessary duplication of work
  • Creating reports for absent consultants and reallocating their workload
  • Pulling information through reports for management to understand and action
  • Other duties as required by the Employment Law Team Management

 

The Person

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of Salesforce beneficial
  • Positive, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines using your initiative.
  • Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • A background in low level HR is advantageous
