Role: HR Administrator

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 pa
This role will be first line HR support to our HR Consultants and our clients, specifically in relation to contractual and policy amendments to HR documentation.
You will be responsible for updating HR documentation for our clients, ensuring that their contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies are up to date in line with employment legislation changes. (Please note, there will be support available to identify what changes in legislation will mean to our clients, their contracts, handbooks and policies).
In addition, you will provide support for our clients in relation to simple requests in respect of their HR documentation. For example, a client may require additional contracts or specific amends in their handbook to reflect changes in their business.
This is a great development opportunity, with our HR Support Managers on hand to guide and advise you, enabling you to broaden your HR and employment law expertise. You will learn more in one year with us than you will in five years somewhere else.

Responsibilities & Duties
Our client base covers a wide range of UK industries and businesses, so no two days are the same. As your development progresses, you will take ownership of more complex client requests, and talking clients through changes to be made to their HR documentation.
We will support you to enable you to provide a first-rate service to our clients on a wide range of employment law and HR issues such as terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissal, employee relations, recruitment etc.
