Working as part of our Employment Law and HR advice team, you will be surrounded by highly experienced HR consultants and employment law solicitors to learn from. But this is not just about your technical expertise, we only employ professionals with personalities who are dedicated to client care.
We’ve grown quickly and our clients really value our support so this does mean that your day will fly by. You will be busy with client calls and correspondence – so you’ll need to be resilient enough to cope with that feeling of ‘there just aren’t enough hours in the day’ sometimes. Some days it will be hard but you’ll be supported through by your colleagues and you will look back and say “look how far I’ve come”. Importantly, we don’t expect you to work long hours or to take work home with you and we know that whilst you can do anything, you can’t do everything.
Responsibilities & Duties
Our client base covers a wide range of UK industries and businesses, so no two days are the same. As your development progresses, you will see a case through from start to finish, building up relationships with your clients.
We will support you to enable you to provide end to end advice to our clients on a wide range of employment law and HR issues such as terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissal, employee relations, recruitment etc.
