£25,000 – £28,000 (depending upon experience) plus benefits, qualification and the opportunity to progress your career and salary significantly over the programme
If you are looking for a development opportunity in HR and Employment Law that will give you a breadth of experience, expertise and a recognised qualification across the function in a Times Top 100 Company to Work For, then we could be for you. But more than that, if you are a professional with a personality who wants to work in a forward-thinking business surrounded by brilliant people who really care about you and are great to work with, then we are definitely the Company you should come and grow with.
Role & Programme
This is a new programme so in IT speak we will be agile! We will identify your strengths and areas for development and then chuck you in at the deep end to strengthen your strengths and give you bags of learning and experience to develop your gaps. We will build your knowledge, skills and confidence every step of the way and there will always be someone there for you to guide you. From HR compliance to employment law advice to consultancy services to customer service, you will get more learning and experience with us in two years than you would somewhere else in 10 years. That’s because we have 20,000 clients and 1500 years of experience across our qualified HR and Employment Law experts.
In this role, you will be advising our clients, mainly via the phone but sometimes face to face (if you progressed into a Consultancy role) so you need great service skills and the ability to advise your clients in a supportive, clear and concise manner.
You will have some experience of working in HR/Employment Law either in a generalist or specialised role, but you are hungry to learn more and want to become a qualified expert. You will be preferably working towards a professional qualification. If you do not have the specific experience, but have a degree in a relevant field (or similar qualification) and have great service skills then we’d still love to hear from you.
Our culture is really important to us, so you will need to have the right behaviours to be a great fit for our business.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
