This is a really exciting time to join us! Our business has grown rapidly, and we now have eight companies serving over 40,000 clients. Not only do we offer clients products that they need, want and value, we do it from an industry-leading client retention and colleague engagement base.

We are Citation.  We offer colleagues and clients an opportunity they will not gain at many other businesses.  We are interested in growth, investment and service excellence, we have never and will never grow our business by cost-cutting or tying people up in bureaucracy.  We don’t do politics – we want people focused upon actions and delivery.  We don’t do micro-management – we empower, support and innovate.  We are leaders, not empire builders and we love our business.

Citation is one of the UK’s biggest providers of Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law and ISO services to businesses. We are far from your average service provider as our colleagues bring their great personalities to work, not just their policies!

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hard-working Digital Marketing Lead to join the team at Citation. You’ll be responsible for implementing Citation’s digital marketing strategy across PPC, SEO and our website. You will have experience in managing large budgets and working with senior stakeholders. You’ll have a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and what the numbers actually mean to a business. You’ll be comfortable managing digital agencies in good times and bad and working closely with others both inside and outside the team to achieve great results. You’ll be full of ideas on how to improve our digital marketing campaigns and keen to see them implemented. We’re looking for someone with an ability to manage multiple tasks and see them through to completion.

Ideally, you’ll have a few years of experience in achieving great results using digital marketing tools or you may be a project manager at a digital marketing agency who has a strong understanding of how digital marketing strategies are implemented.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team and will have the opportunity to work across multiple businesses as the Citation Group grows. You’ll be able to start new campaigns from scratch and put your stamp on them as well as managing existing campaigns that are delivering well to the next level.

Nothing stands still at Citation and you’ll have the chance to dive into new projects and help take our business and your career to the next level.

This role will be perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career, to lead on all things digital, or an established digital lead looking for a new challenge in a fast paced and growing business.
