Are you a marketing executive looking for your next role? If you’re hard working and keen to learn, step this way.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s keen to make their way in the world of lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who’s a self-starter, creative and excellent at executing their great ideas. You’ll also need to be commercially focussed, and results driven.

What’s in the role?

The role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will support them and the wider marketing team with the creation and launch of compelling and engaging campaigns. These will be across multiple channels, including email, affiliates, client and employee advocacy, webinars, social media and direct mail. You will also be working alongside our internal sales and client teams, ensuring they have everything they need to support our campaigns.

Day to day you’ll directly input to the marketing activity calendar. That might be coming up with new campaign ideas, building those campaigns out (perhaps on our email platform or in our social media channels) and reporting on the success of previous campaigns.

You’ll be working directly with a wider team of digital marketing, design and content creators, to serve the very best campaigns that will drive high quality new business leads. You’ll be a key team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a flexible approach and wants to be part of a growing marketing team.

The required skills…

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Competency in digital channels – including paid search, organic and affiliates
  • A degree, ideally in marketing or a related subject
  • Good knowledge of email sending software
  • Experience of Google Analytics – reading and reporting
  • Knowledge of social media from a business page perspective
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great attention to detail

The nice to have:

  • B2B Marketing Experience
  • Experience managing external agencies
  • Website content management through WordPress
  • Experience in webinar platforms
  • Copywriting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

In return for all of this, we can offer the opportunity to really make the role your own – to grow and develop it in to your marketing future. This is a great time to join an expanding team, with great benefits.

Pop in your details and we'll call you straight back

We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
