Hours of Work: Full Time

Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 (DOE) + bonus

We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who wants to join our award-winning company.

Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Marketing, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns for our commercial partners. You’ll be working across all marketing channels and a variety of industries – driving leads and building relationships. It’s a busy role, so an ability to multi-task, without reducing quality is a must.

Within each of these channels, you will have full ownership of the marketing channels and subsequent revenue generation, including email, sponsorship, PR, online and offline advertising and social media.

This role sits within a team who’s focus is to deliver quality leads to our sales teams – so a commercial outlook and an ability to know your numbers is essential.


Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership for creation, managing and delivering marketing plans for our key partners. This will include monitoring and reporting on the rolling success of marketing activity.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creation and implementation of the marketing plan for new business verticalization. Ensuring campaigns are engaging, relevant and timely for the specific audiences and measuring engagement and influence across all channels.
  • Developing and maintaining a reporting suite to show success of marketing activity in line with department targets. Monthly analysis of MI.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure that hosts relevant content for partner relationships
  • Work with the Retention Marketing Manager to up-sell relevant products to clients within key areas
  • Overseeing the creation of useful and engaging sales collateral to support marketing campaigns.
  • Management of relevant marketing spend in line with budget.


Skills + Experience

  • Great communications skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Demonstrable knowledge of both online and offline marketing channels, including marketing automation and email marketing
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
