BDM Sales Coach – Nationwide travel

Job Title:               BDM Sales Coach

Location:               Nationwide 

Salary :                  Competitive with OTE package and car allowance 

 

Are you an experienced, high performing Business Development Manager fed up of starting afresh each month? Are you ready to use your knowledge and experience to help others fulfill their potential?

We are looking for someone to coach and support our national team of BDMs with the aim of taking their performance to the next level.

We are really proud of our leading engagement and retention rates, it is what has enabled our double-digit growth every year for the last 6 years and it is core to our business strategy.  As we scale for further growth across the group, we want our already amazing sales team to be even better.

With a mixed bag of industry knowledge and experience in the team, you will need to adapt your training and mentoring style to suit each individual member. You will have either have been a BDM yourself, so understand the highs and lows that come with the territory; or you’re a sales manager with amazing training and people skills but are frustrated at not being able to dedicate enough time to coaching others. Either way, you know engaged and motivated sales people perform at their best.

 

  • You will be travelling nationally, to attend client meetings with the BDMs
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching support
  • Be a mentor on the good and the bad days
  • Provide feedback and produce coaching/training plans
  • Demonstrate what good looks like, when needed
  • Recognise cross sell or up-sell opportunities
  • Be a true team player and always have the business objectives in mind
