Location to be agreed, but will require some attendance at the Wilmslow office

Full time: 37.5 per week between the hours of 0800 – 1800 Mon-Fri

About the role

Across our group of companies, we have 50,000+ clients benefiting from our products and services.  This is a new role as part of the Client Success Team who are well-established and high performing team producing market leading results in retention boasting a 92% retention rate. In this role you will be at the heart of the team and be focussed on developing existing client accounts in line with their ever-changing business requirements.

You be responsible for reaching out to existing clients and reviewing their current and future needs for our products and services.  You will be guided by data and insights to help you identify clients requiring contact and use your skills as a sales professional to negotiate the sale of additional products and services, beneficial to their business and re-negotiate existing contracts. This is an extremely important role to drive the business success and continue our year-on-year growth.

The Person

The successful person for the role will simply be brilliant at providing solutions to clients and you will thrive in a sales environment, beating targets and solving problems.

You will love dealing with business owners and have a talent for understanding their own agendas and challenges, handling objections and influencing.

You may well have picked up these skills in client success, account management, sales, or similar client interactive role, most likely in a business-to-business environment.
