Job Title: Contact Centre Support Executive
Reporting to: Head of Contact Centre Operations
Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:00
We are looking to recruit a shining star in to our dynamic support team. The Support Executives play a key part in contributing to the success of the Contact Centre.
Confident and with excellent customer service and administration skills, you will be comfortable managing internal relationships as well as speaking with external clients. You will thrive on working in a team to accomplish a shared goal and want to team to succeed.
