Job Title: Contact Centre Support Executive

Reporting to: Head of Contact Centre Operations

Location: Wilmslow

Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:00

Salary: £18,000


The Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Support Executive to join our Contact Centre Operations team.


What will I be doing day to day?


  • Monitoring the quality of appointments booked by the Contact Centre ensuring the appointments meet the business criteria.
  • Maximising SAT appointments for the Business Development Managers.
  • Minimising Business Development Manager travel time.
  • Managing cancelled appointments and reappointments.
  • Ensuring the business meets targets set on Made/SAT/Matched SAT appointments.
  • Answering the inbound line and dealing with inbound enquiries
  • Monitoring the Live Chat


Skills required:


  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Strong organisational skills
  3. Strong understanding of the sales process
  4. Good geographical knowledge of UK
  5. Good analytical and commercial skills to maximise diary management
  6. Adaptable and able to make prompt decisions
  7. Supportive team player
