Job Title: Head of Sales Development (Contact Centre)
Reporting to: Director of Contact Centre
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire
Hours of Work: 08.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to help us take our already high performing contact centre to the next level. You may have supported sales teams of all levels, delivering sales coaching and best practice, or you may have strong managerial experience but prefer the people and coaching side of your role. Either way, you will be someone who is passionate about people and sales best practice. You will be looking for a role where you can bring new ideas and bring new people with the relevant training, structure and support into our contact operation.

The ideal candidate will be from a B2B sales background, to build credibility as you will know how the sales teams are feeling on both good and bad days! You will also know how to drive results.
