Hours of Work:                  08.30am – 5.00pm

Salary:                                  Competitive plus bonus


We are looking for an experienced sales leader to help us take our already high performing contact centre to the next level. You may have supported sales teams of all levels, delivering sales coaching and best practice, or you may have strong managerial experience but prefer the people and coaching side of your role. Either way, you will be someone who is passionate about people and sales best practice. You will be looking for a role where you can bring new ideas and bring new people with the relevant training, structure and support into our contact operation.

The ideal candidate will be from a B2B sales background, to build credibility as you will know how the sales teams are feeling on both good and bad days! You will also know how to drive results.


  • Full responsibility for our Citation Sales Academy, from recruitment and onboarding to retention
  • Future development of a graduate scheme to feed into our sales academy to train and develop upcoming sales superstars
  • Lead on recruitment for all levels of experience, so we ensure we can continue to grow at speed
  • Work with the internal recruitment team to hire both the best of the best and candidates who have totally got the “gift of the gab” but need training to reach their full potential
  • Responsibility for BDC headcount particularly at our Head Office site
  • Identify pitfalls in the induction process to ensure the highest levels of retention
  • Develop initiatives and incentives to increase performance when needed
  • Bring to the table new and effective sales development tools and techniques.
  • Coaching sales top performers and lesser experienced new starters, across a mixed bag of industries, you will need to adapt training and mentoring styles to suit each individual member.
  • Our contact centre makes appointments for our field sales team. This role will work closely with our field based colleagues to ensure our sales messaging is consistent through our sales teams both in the field and at home based locations.
  • Take a lead role in messaging out sector and industry trends bringing them to life across our teams
  • Be a lively presence on our sales floor – our culture is really important and you will fit in with your outgoing personality
