In sales at Citation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts to new heights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • B2B calling to engage prospective clients
  • Building rapport and conducting effective fact-finding conversations over the phone
  • Managing the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate and detailed notes
  • Efficiently managing call backs and maintaining a well-organized pipeline
  • Generating new business opportunities through effective lead generation
  • Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all potential clients
