Location: Nationwide 

Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

What’s the role?

Working with an established set of Partners who we have built strong relationships with over a number of years and are actively in contact with their member base on a regular basis through webinars, newsletters and Email content. You will be responsible for securing appointments with Partner members to introduce Citation products and services, your role will include:


  • B2B calling warm prospects from an established membership base
  • Following up on marketing activity and campaigns
  • Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone
  • Management of CRM (Salesforce)
  • Pipeline management
  • Meet personal targets set
  • Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

About you

The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, along with a structured approach including strong objection handling skills.

You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport, have strong influencing skills and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual.

For our homeworking roles, it is expected that you have experience of working from home and adequate office space available – The rest we will provide!
