Role: Sales Trainer / Sales Coach

Location: Wilmslow/Hybrid/Remote – Full-Time

The Role

We are looking for someone to train, coach and support our sales team with the aim of taking their performance to the next level.

We are proud of our sales performance, it is what has enabled our growth every year. As we scale for further growth across the group, we want our already amazing sales team to be even better.

With a mixed bag of industry knowledge and experience in the team, you will need to adapt your training and mentoring style to suit each individual member.

Focusing on our contact centre you will ideally be used to a new business, outbound sales process. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of 100% outbound and understands all about gate keepers, objections and needs based selling. It is essential, that the right person for this role has a proven and demonstrable successful track record of outbound selling and someone who has the commercial nous and acumen to build on our knowledge and training collateral – you must be very ambitious and ready to support a team as we continue to grow, develop and disrupt our market.

You will also be –

  • Providing consistent support and coaching across the sales floor to aid in quickly embedding training and coaching culture and assist with the design and delivery of in-house training solutions in line with needs
  • Identifying training needs for both the individual and department through the delivery of various methods, including 1:1 coaching, identifying individuals’ strengths, areas for development & providing constructive feedback accordingly
  • Ensuring all new team members embed learning and transition into the sales team smoothly
  • Providing developmental feedback to colleagues to aid their achievement of revenue and KPI’s

 

About you..

You will have demonstrative experience of coaching ability and knowledge of the sales processes and techniques, you’ll have a genuine passion for people and their development, the energy and ambition to excel and the creativity to take the department to the next level.

You need to be able to think on your feet, understand that not all people learn the same, change direction according to where the business is going and make decisions independently, with support from management.
