In a fast evolving world your service needs to be able to adapt to changes, diverse service users and all kinds of different situations. How will you prove that you and your team understand and, react properly, to the importance of:

• Person centred care

• Service user choice and individuality
• Complaints and concerns

Well led:

Are you leading your team towards an Outstanding care service? It’s all good and well having policies in place but how are you communicating them to your team. Think about:

• Good management and leadership

• Your business vision and values
