Following the government’s announcement on 5 July that they plan to go ahead with the lifting of the last of the COVID restrictions, you’ll be thinking about the process of bringing people back to your business And you’ll obviously want to make sure you’re working safely, compliantly and doing what is required of you as an employer – especially as the plan is to scrap both social distancing requirements and the wearing of face coverings.
This process can be complicated by employees who may be resistant to the idea of coming back into the workplace.
