COVID-secure risk assessments: a checklist for employers

We’re seeing more and more employees starting to return to the workplace, as advice across each of the UK’s devolved government’s continues to change. For many, working from home is still the preferred way to manage the risk from COVID-19, but for some employers, now is the time they’re starting to plan how their people can return to a COVID-secure workplace.

Much more discretion has now been given to employers in deciding how and when they start the return to the workplace process. The biggest responsibility on your shoulders is making sure your workplace is COVID-secure and your legal duty to perform a COVID-19 specific risk assessment.
