Is the snow coming?

After the hyperbole that surrounded Storm Juno in the USA, it’s now predicted that snow will be heading for the UK. The key question for all Employers is are you, your business and your staff prepared?

According to the MET office we average 33 days of snow a year, but with our weather being more unpredictable than in many other countries we do not always prepare as well as we should. This week, the forecast is predicting snow across England on Thursday morning, with as much as 15cm predicted at higher grounds.
