Many of those consultants are qualified solicitors and as such they’re individually regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

What does that mean for you?

While Citation as a business is not regulated by the SRA, the solicitors within the employment law team are individually regulated. So, when you take advice from one of the solicitors on our team, they will be able to give you wider-ranging Employment Law advice without you having to consult with a traditional law firm.

It also means that, in the unlikely event you feel you haven’t received the level of quality, professional service that you’re used to from our consultants, in addition to raising it with us, you are also able to contact the SRA to raise any concerns you have.

Although the Solicitors Compensation Scheme does not cover the work undertaken by our solicitors, you have the peace of mind of knowing that their work is covered by our professional indemnity insurance.
