Whilst we hope that this will see the number of tribunal claims start to drop, employers should be mindful that employees don’t turn their complaints into discrimination based claims as this still doesn’t requires any minimum service condition at all.

One thing which is far from positive is the introduction of the new pension’s auto-enrolment rules in October.
