Our Health & Safety service is delivered by experienced and
highly qualified Health & Safety consultants whom are all either
qualified members of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
or the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).
All clients have unlimited access to our 24 hour expert Helpline,
365 days a year where advice is available when you need it from qualified experts.
We will visit your premises and undertake a detailed inspection,
identifying potential hazards, appropriate control measures, and advising on any
immediate areas of high Health & Safety risk. Areas such as
Accident Reporting,
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH),
Fire Precautions,
Method Statements,
Risk Assessments etc will be considered.
A tailored and comprehensive
Health & Safety policy and system will be compiled specifically for
your needs.
Detailed practical advice on the completion of your
General Risk Assessments and training requirements will be provided and
we ensure that you are kept up to date with all Health &
Safety regulation changes.
You have access to a range of online services including, Citassess®
- our unique risk assessment program which enables business practitioners to efficiently
complete and store General Risk Assessments and COSHH assessments online,
Citnet® - our online information and document
service and Cittrainer® - a range of Employment Law and Health & Safety training
packages are available with online certification.
Citation's unique Advice Guarantee will provide protection against
the cost of defending Health & Safety prosecutions and actions taken by an enforcing
authority. This is subject to stated annual financial limits.
Once installed, Citation will review and continue to update your system with any
relevant changes to Health & Safety legislation, so that you and your organisation
remain protected at all times.
An annual inspection will be undertaken by your qualified Health & Safety consultant.
All Citation Health & Safety clients are entitled to display the Citation Health
& Safety Quality Mark®.
