As part of our Queen's Awards winning service, a qualified consultant will visit your premises to conduct a thorough analysis of the Health and Safety issues that affect your business - all for a fixed cost. All relevant Health and Safety areas will be in scope including COSHH, Accident Reporting and Fire Risk Assessments.

A tailored and comprehensive Health and Safety policy and system will be written specifically for your needs. It will be implemented by your Health and Safety consultant who will install the systems, run through all documentation, and ensure that relevant staff are aware of the Health and Safety procedures.

Detailed practical advice on the completion of your Risk Assessments and training requirements will be provided, including Fire Risk Assessments. All Citation clients have access to Citassess^® - our unique system that enables business practitioners to efficiently complete and store Risk Assessments online, as well as Citnet^TM - our online information and document service.

Once installed, Citation will continue to update your system with any relevant changes to Health and Safety legislation, so that you remain protected at all times.

Annual audit inspections by your qualified consultant help ensure that the Health and Safety policy and system are being observed, that their overall effectiveness is intact and that all relevant Risk Assessments are being completed.

Available 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, our Health and Safety consultants will safeguard your business through measures which help prevent accidents occurring and protect you if they do.

As part of your fixed cost Health and Safety service, Citation's unique Advice Guarantee will provide against the cost of defending safety prosecutions and actions taken by an enforcing authority. This is subject to stated annual financial limits.
