As part of our Queen's Awards winning service, a qualified health and safety consultant will visit your premises to conduct a thorough analysis of all the Health and Safety issues that affect your business - all for a fixed cost. All relevant Health and Safety areas will be considered for example: - Accident Reporting, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), Fire Precautions, Method Statements, Risk Assessments etc.

By identifying potential hazards, appropriate control measures, and advising on any immediate areas of high Health and Safety risk, the prevention process begins here.

A tailored and comprehensive Health and Safety policy and system will be compiled specifically for your needs. When the documentation is complete, your dedicated health and safety consultant will deliver the documentation and will fully explain how the system should be used to ensure your organisation complies with legislation. The health and safety consultant will also ensure that relevant staff are aware of the Health and Safety procedures.

Detailed practical advice on the completion of your General Risk Assessments and training requirements will be provided. Once installed, Citation will continue to update your system with any relevant changes to Health and Safety legislation, so that you and your organisation remain protected at all times.

An annual inspection will be undertaken by your qualified health and safety consultant in order to help ensure that the Health and Safety policy and systems are being observed, that their overall effectiveness is intact and that all relevant Risk Assessments are being completed so far as reasonably practicable.
