Emma McGrath (LLB Hons) is a seasoned employment law specialist with over 25 years of legal experience. As a Professional Support Solicitor at Citation, Emma plays a pivotal role in translating complex legal developments into practical, business-focused guidance for clients and colleagues alike.
Joining Citation in 2007 after starting her career in private practice, Emma is a trusted advisor on a wide range of employment law matters. Her work includes delivering in-depth legal research, providing strategic input on complex cases and developing training and resources that help businesses stay compliant and confident in a fast-changing regulatory landscape.
Emma is also a regular speaker at industry events such as vet, nursery and care conferences where she presents on a range of employment law topics including flexible working and holiday pay reforms to new statutory leave entitlements. She co-hosts several of our employment law podcasts and contributes expert commentary to sector publications.
