With more than 25 years in the Health & Safety industry, Lee Mills is a seasoned safety professional whose career spans some of the UK’s most high-risk sectors – from construction and civil engineering to quarrying and facilities management. His academic credentials are just as impressive: he holds three degrees, including a Master’s in European Safety and Environmental Law and a Master’s in Industrial Materials Engineering.
For over twenty years, Lee has held board-level quality, safety and environmental roles, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. At Citation, he leads our Service Directors and their teams in Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law, tribunals, fire safety and risk, ISO certification and food safety.
Lee is a Chartered Member of IOSH, a certified ISO auditor, and a specialist in behavioural safety and coaching. His practical, high-impact advice supports clients through the full spectrum of safety challenges – from incident investigation and regulatory liaison to implementing robust safety cultures across complex sites.
