Michelle Taylor brings over a decade of hands-on and strategic leadership experience in Health & Safety and fire safety management. As Director of Health, Safety & Fire Services at Citation, Michelle is responsible for delivering best-in-class compliance solutions across a diverse client base – from care homes and vet practices to engineering firms and retail businesses.

Michelle’s career started in operational Health & Safety roles within manufacturing and the built environment. Since joining Citation, she’s rapidly risen through the ranks, and along the way has spearheaded some transformative initiatives in service delivery, corporate risk reduction and internal capability development.

Today, Michelle leads with a future-focused approach.
