1. The promoter is: Citation Ltd (company no. 3097504) whose registered office is at Kings Court, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AR.
2. Employees of Citation Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion or helping to set up the promotion shall not be permitted to enter the promotion.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
4. By successfully leaving a Trustpilot review Citation will donate £1 for every review to Mind.
5. Closing date for the entry into the promotion will be 30.06.2020.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice or cause.
8. The promoter will make payment to the charity up to one month after the closing date.
9. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
12. The entrants agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
13. The total donation amount will be available 28 days after closing date by contacting feedback@citation.co.uk

You are providing your information to Citation Ltd and not to any other party.
