Spearhead is a 28-year-old business that has grown from a one-man-band to now employing around 55 staff. They’re a community business and one of the many UBT businesses Citation is proud to support.

Aiming to be a one-stop-shop for care homes, they provide items ranging from catering equipment and pressure care producers, to electrical beds, soft furnishings, and furniture and interior fit out.

This gives them a wide range of staff, which is why they first teamed up with Citation. They wanted a professional support team on hand 24/7 to help deal with all their different HR & Employment Law issues, as well as keep on top of all things Health & Safety.
