What’s in the webinar
Flora Neville walks through the latest CQC framework changes affecting adult social care providers and what they mean for how your service will be assessed going forward.
The session covers the practical steps care providers can take now to prepare. It’s just 45 minutes with a 15-minute live Q&A at the end.
Why you should join
The CQC is making significant changes to how it assesses care services. The new “Return to Good” approach reduces the number of quality statements assessed from 34 to 18 for lower-risk services. Portfolio holders are being rolled out across all ASC locations from June. And CQC inspectors are being given remote access to digital care records from July.
If you haven’t reviewed how these changes affect your service, this session gives you a clear picture of what to expect.
Who it’s for
Owners and managers of adult social care businesses, including residential care homes, homecare, supported living, and shared lives providers.
If you want to understand how CQC will be assessing your service under the updated framework and how to make sure you’re ready, this session is for you.
