Field Support Executive

Report to: Health & Safety Diary Management

Department: Diary Management – Health and Safety

Location: Wilmslow, SK9 5AR

Salary: £17,000 per annum

The Role

We are looking to recruit to a shining star in our Diary Management department. You will be responsible for contacting our current clients and booking in annual visits for our field consultants in line with our service offering.

A natural problem solver, you will take ownership of any queries from start to finish, identifying and anticipating needs and offering solutions. You will embrace our aims through being energetic, positive and supportive to your team, and focused on putting the client at the heart of everything you do.


  • Contact clients to book visits in line with their service agreement
  • Maximise H&S Consultants time with confirmed visits
  • Reduce consultant travel with effective diary planning
  • Ensure all cancelled visits are followed up and re-booked
  • Achieve all KPI’s set in regards to client visits
  • Deal with and log all consultant queries, and where necessary liaise with internal departments to answer any queries
  • Ensure accurate reporting of visits related issues/queries
  • Generate and manage monthly MI reports
  • Liaison with H&S consultants, regional managers, finance and client relations

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
