As part of our Queen's Award winning Employment Law service, our team of Employment Law and Personnel consultants will guide you through the minefield of ever-changing employment legislation - all for a fixed cost. Our main aim is to reduce our clients’ exposure from unwanted disputes such as Disciplinaries, Dismissals and Employment Tribunals.
One of our team of qualified experts will visit your premises to assess your current Personnel and Employment Law systems and working practices. From this review they will draft relevant Personnel documents for your business including Contracts of Employment and Employee handbooks.
We will support you and your managers with access to our Employment Law Helpline 24 hours a day, 365 days a year where our friendly, helpful and qualified team will deal efficiently and effectively with your queries and employment problems.
All Citation Personnel and Employment Law clients are entitled to display the Citation Employment Law Quality Mark, and have access to CitnetTM - our online information and document service.
As part of your fixed cost Employment Law service, Citation's unique Employment Advice Guarantee will provide protection against Employment Tribunal actions should any be brought by your employees. This guarantee covers Employment Tribunals under all current employment legislation, including issues arising from Race Discrimination, Sex Discrimination and Maternity Rights. Should an Employment Tribunal be fought, and subject to stated annual financial limits, Citation's dedicated Employment Tribunal team will provide complete management of the claim on your behalf. This will include representation at Employment Tribunal, representation costs, basic and compensation awards and any financial settlements agreed by Citation on your behalf.
