Chatting business with Nick

When people cast their minds back to great boxing rivalries of the past they may think of Ali vs Frazier, Pacquiao vs Mayweather or Tyson vs Holyfield.

However, here at Citation we think the upcoming charity bout between our own CEO, Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Morris and Total Fitness CEO, Richard ‘Dickie the Dog’ Millman has all the ingredients to be a classic.

Why is the fight taking place?

Both Chris and Richard are committed to raising as much money for charity as possible!

This epic duel is in aid of Factory Youth Zone. Based in Manchester, they provide mentoring, training programs and a safe place to participate in recreational and sporting activities for children.

Chris Morris, CEO at Citation comments:

“As a board member of Factory Youth Zone and seeing the impact of fundraising for the charity first-hand, I am delighted to be part of this year’s event. Despite putting myself through intense training and worry, not to mention numerous punches to the face, having the ability to give something back and knowing it is all in aid of a great cause is worth it.”

How you can help?

Here at Citation we understand that while it is important to concentrate on expanding our business, it is also important to remember that we are all extremely fortunate, and that we can use a position of responsibility to raise money for those that are less fortunate.

As a business, we have raised over £6,500 for our various charities in the last 18 months, and Chris at present has raised £2,495 for Factory Youth Zone.

If you would like to donate to this fantastic cause please visit the Factory Youth Zone Website.
