The downhill spiral of ignoring enforcing authorities

As an employer, you’re legally required to ensure your business is up-to-date with Health & Safety legislation.

If something slips through the net though, and an enforcing authority – like the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) or Environmental Health Officer (EHO), for example – catch wind of it, you could land yourself in hot water.

Surprisingly, many businesses bury their head in the sand when receiving enforcement notices. Hopefully, the below will be enough to deter you from doing that!
