Referral Terms and Conditions

Make a referral here.

All referrers who submit a valid referral between 01 July and 30 September (inclusive) 2018 will be included in the “Q3 Double Money” referral scheme.
• To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at:
• Referrals will only be accepted if the referred company is not already in conversation with Citation via any other channel.
• To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must sign an agreement for at least one of the core Citation services (Employment Law, Health & Safety or ISO).
• If the referred business signs an agreement for at least one of the core Citation services (Employment Law, Health & Safety or ISO), the referrer will receive a £250 Amazon voucher per successful referral.
• The agreement sign by the referred business must conform to the minimum qualifying contract length of 36 months of a core Citation service noted above.
• There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer in the “Q3” referral scheme duration.
• Vouchers will only be issued for valid referrals, once the new client has signed a contract to become a Citation client.
• The voucher will be issued within 90 days of the contract being signed.
• The referrer can choose an alternative to Amazon vouchers and are limited to John Lewis or Sainsbury’s vouchers to the value of £250.
• There is no cash alternative and Citation reserve the right to withdraw or alter the “Q3″ referral scheme or replace the voucher with an alternative, subject to availability.
• Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind
• To qualify for the “Q3 Double Money” reward, the successful referral must be referred between 1st July 2018 up to and including 30th September 2018.
• Any successful referrals outside this window will not qualify for the “Q3 Double Money” reward.
