As the world comes to terms with living under the shadow of COVID-19 for the foreseeable future, employers are having to think about adapting ways of working into the long-term.

When we first entered lockdown back in March, many employees had to rush into homeworking as a temporary measure. However, with England and Scotland entering a new lockdown on 4 January 2021 – and Wales and Northern Ireland in lockdown since December 2020 –  homeworking is taking centre stage once again.
