The ever-changing landscape that is Health & Safety and HR & Employment Law can be a minefield – something the Eagle House management team were becoming all too familiar with.
They were finding it increasingly difficult to keep on top of legislation, and make sure their policies and procedures were in-line with regulatory requirements.
Their management team needed to get their head around the correct processes and solutions for things like flexible working hours, disciplinaries, hoist equipment training and managing infection control.

Eagle House took us up on both our Health & Safety and HR & Employment services. As soon as they did, we gave them access to the respective advice lines to make sure they had access to a pool of experts 24/7.
To start their HR & Employment Law journey with us, we sent a highly experienced consultant to their care home to speak with their management team, assess their current contracts of employment and listen to and identify any problem areas.
From this, we created tailormade contracts of employment and employee handbooks for all their employees.
Before they joined us, Eagle House managed individual employee data using paper-based records. We simplified this approach by giving them access to our online management platform – Atlas, which allows them to manage anything from records and holiday requests to training and sickness absences, in a single, secure, online place.
To address their Health & Safety needs, we started off by sending a highly experienced consultant to their home. During this visit, the consultant conducted and produced a detailed inspection report, outlined prioritised recommendations and put together a document detailing action required to comply with current legislation.
With Atlas’ Health & Safety offerings, Eagle House are able to easily carry out their own risk assessments online, as well as keep on top of Health & Safety training from anywhere in the world – just a couple of Atlas’ many features and benefits.
