Living with COVID-19: Managing risk in your care setting

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has reported that COVID-19 cases have risen by one million in a week to just under 4.3 million in the week ending 19 March. This, paired with COVID-19 guidance ending, puts a big responsibility on employers’ shoulders to keep employees safe, especially for those vulnerable.

The points here are general considerations for all employers – but for health and social care specifically, you should consider the latest government guidance (in place from 4 April) surrounding safe visiting practices, PPE and infection control.
